For the record I have been working in the alcohol field for 25 years. Your service is in my opinion the single most important information service available. It has introduced worldwide, up-to-date information, including clinical evidence in my field to the widest audience. Commissioners can now have the same access to information as clinicians, see the same questions being asked across the globe and the many different answers that are being found.
